The ink wells were running dry as this sheet crossed the press. As such, there's a faint and splotchy second (face) printing while the serials and seals are bold and inked as-intended. The graders commented "small stains" on this note which is a fair attribution for an exciting error. Discounted for the flaws--offered because it's incredible.
