Always a popular type in uncirculated condition, with its iconic design of "History Instructing Youth" in front of a view over Washington, DC. Scarce in uncirculated grades, this Educational Ace does have a pair of pinholes at left, but otherwise is problem-free with good eye-appeal. It has good margins for the issue, deep black inks, and a vivid red seal at lower right.
