An eye catching Type II error that surprisingly escaped detection prior to being released into circulation by the BEP.  Big Head $100 inverted overprint errors are anything but common. This note features the serials and green treasury seal upside down along with the district designator! Most impresively, this note includes a portion of the adjacent note above the extra-wide top margin. Truthfully, there aren't many opportunities to acquire this error on this denomination; therefore, we're thrilled to have this fully-original and attractive example available for our eager collecting community!
