$1 1899 Silver Certificate Fr. 232 BLACK EAGLE Parker-Burke CHEAP Early VF

An iconic and attractive Black Eagle featuring both Lincoln and Grant underneath the central image. The inks are bold and the paper has nice body. As you can see from the images, there are a couple light stains and a small tear near the bottom center of the note. Neither are uncommon for a note from 1899, but that explains the excessive discount for the minor flaws. Priced cheap!
