An absolutely stunning and scarce NUMERAL SEAL HUNDRED from the fourth district of Cleveland, OH. This early Franklin has the sought-after "Redeemable in Gold" clause. Despite picking up exactly three tiny pinholes during its time in commerce, it managed to escape with pleasing bright paper and wonderful eye-appeal. The inks on both sides are dark, but the reality is that anyone that's looking at this note likely knows just how tough it is to find an affordable and attractive numeral seal hundred!
