A cheap Black Eagle that comes with a few flaws which accounts for the significantly discounted price from others in this grade range! The face has some writing on each side of the darkly inked Black Eagle while the back lower right quadrant has fallen victim to surface disturbance. It appears this note was either stuck to something or had something stuck to it that has since been removed. It's a long ways from perfect, but it's also a long ways from expensive.
