$20 2004-A FRN MISSING GREEN TREASURY SEAL Error on Colorized PMG EF 40

Acquiring errors on new, colorized notes is considerably more challenging than doing so on older series. As inspection technology within the BEP continues to improve, fewer errors are being released. This colorized twenty is completely missing the green Treasury seal that should appear above the lower right serial numbers.
