$5 19xx FRN, Insufficient Inking Error Half the Printing's Missing PMG Ch Unc 63

It's not too difficult to sort out what went wrong in the Bureau of Engraving and Printing as the ink wells ran dry during the second (face) printing. There is a small tear that remains confined to the bottom margin that's not the least bit objectionable. Of course, this tiny flaw doesn't hurt the look, but it helps the price.
