$1 1981-A FRN Faulty Alignment Error with Parts of 2 Notes PMG Abt Unc 50EPQ

This misalignment mistake has only a sliver of the bottom margin and not only does it have a very generous top margin--there's part of the adjacent design frame present! Anytime a note has part of a second one, it's always exciting! Additionally, the serials and seal are positioned higher than intended.
