An extraordinary error from the A position which offers a huge top margin that should have trimmed away as part of the sheet's selvedge; however, it folded over in an accordion-like fashion so the bold black district seal and designators along with the emerald green serials have elements printed on the white void on the face, on top of the second print elements, in the selvedge, and on the back design. Besides the folds that occurred within the BEP to create this show-stopping error, it remains seemingly uncirculated. There's comment of 'minor ink' that appears in the very generous top margin near the upper right corner.
