$20 1999 FRN Rare Engraving Error--District Designator Only the Cleveland district was affected by this particular mistake. In fact, this is the absolute sole occurrence on any type of engraving error on any big head design of any denomination. This is a scarce engraving error with the back "D4" set at 3mm (rather than 3.5mm.) Although the difference sounds minor, the appearance stands out immediately! In total, far less than 50 pieces are known in all states of preservation with none known in CU. PMG Very Fine 25
