$1 1977 Federal Reserve Note, Fr. 1909-J Missing Overprint Error Missing Third Printing Improperly labeled by PMG as an insufficient inking error, the third printing is entirely absent. A blind-impression of embossing is present as this note likely stuck to the sheet above it prior to entering the overprint process.
