$1 2003-A FRN Faulty Alignment Error Prior to receiving the overprint, the sheet was aligned improperly upon entering the press. As the sheet's position was skewed significantly to the left, we see there's absolutely no right margin and a pleasing portion of the adjacent note. The overprint is positioned in the correct place relative to the dimensions of the note, and had the sheet been aligned properly, this would be in our pocket and not our vault. This is a dramatic error from both sides! Fortunately, for one lucky collector, this dramatic error still looks entirely uncirculated and has the desirable Premium Paper Quality designation.
