$20 1929 Citizens National Bank of WINTERSET, IOWA IA Ch #2002 Low Serial #66 Very Fine
June 1934 was a bad month for this Madison County bank as that is when the receiver paid a rather unkind visit during the throes of the Great Depression. This note is a pleasing Very Fine example with the excitement of a Birth Year or Anniversary Charter #2002 or thanks to the serial number, a special gift for someone turning 66. No problems, a nice looking note.
