$10 1914 FRN Fr. 916 CLEVELAND Large Size Blue Seal Ten Ch VF

This Series 1914 $10 Federal Reserve Note from Cleveland, Fr. 916, bears the Burke–McAdoo signatures and features Andrew Jackson’s portrait, a blue Treasury seal, and blue serial numbers. The green reverse pairs agricultural and industrial scenes, depicting two foundations of the American economy. Its large-size format showcases the detailed engraving that distinguishes these early Federal Reserve issues.

Offered in Choice Very Fine condition, this note provides a circulated representative of the Cleveland district’s blue-seal ten. The first $10 Federal Reserve Notes appeared in 1914, placing this series at the beginning of the denomination’s Federal Reserve history, before the smaller format and Hamilton portrait of Series 1928. Its signature combination, district attribution, and distinctive reverse make it a fitting addition to a Cleveland collection or large-size type set.
