$5 1875 First National Bank Vincennes, IN Ch# 1873 First Charter Five Landing of Columbus Top 100 US Currency PCGS VF 30 PPQ

$5 1875 First National Bank of Vincennes, Indiana Charter # 1873

This iconic First Charter Five Dollar design has earned a place on the Top 100 United States Paper Money for its classic printings with the back featuring the iconic "Landing of Columbus."  The inks are exceptionally dark, the surfaces are original, and this note looks far too nice to have been appropriately assigned the grade of Very Fine 30PPQ. We're not sure if a better example of "Buy the Note; Not the Holder" is out there.

Absolutely stunnning.
