This is an error best suited for a sophisticated collector.
From the back, it's seemingly a simple ink smear error on the back of a $10....however, once you flip the note over and see the yellow seal and blue serials the importance of this note is truly revealed. A tiny ink smear error that's a fraction of the size of this example was hosted on a $1 North Africa that sold last year for more than $500.
From our research this appears to be the finest known ink smear error on any denomination North Africa note.
As such, congratulations to the intelligent collector that advances his/ her collection with this tremendous addition.
