Daniel Manning, the 37th U.S. Secretary of the Treasury, is featured at center of this attractive Fr. 318 with the small red seal. Few notes in the VF grade range boast the eye appeal of this note. The margins are solid and the printed design details are virtually uninterrupted by the few folds that account for the grade.

An evenly circulated and nicely margined Manning $20, this note has pleasing color on both face and back. After close scrutiny, PMG was unable to locate any problems or reasons for negative comments making it a pleasing exception for same grade survivors.
