A cheap opportunity to add a "Redeemable in Gold" note with the early Numeral Seal from the seventh district of Chicago. Circulating in the Windy City in the 1930s means this note could have passed through the hands of the iconic gangsters from the era. Did Al Capone, Bugs Morgan, or Sam Giancana hold this note? We can't say for sure, but with the eight scattered pinholes that become visible when backlit, it wouldn't be impossible to imagine a gangster sending a strong message with this note.
