$20 1950-A FRN FAULTY ALIGNMENT ERROR with 2 NOTES VISIBLE PMG Ch Unc 63EPQ

+

Enjoy an early and exciting example of a faulty alignment error that's been preserved in pristine condition with full-originality. The back of the note is printed as intended within normal tolerance; however, the face is pure chaos! The serial numbers,  district designators, seals, and signatures are seemingly way too low and overlap the second print design elements; however, they're actually in the correct positions relative to the edges of the note. There is NO top margin and the bottom margin is so wide it not only includes the alignment indicator allowing us to see exactly where this note was intended to be cut, but more impressively, it also incldues a portion of the adjacent note which allows us to read most of "Federal Reserve Note" along the top of the next note. This is a terrific example (with a lot going on) offered for a very attractive price!
