An impressive and affordable example of a 'must have' mistake for error collectors. This faulty alignment has no top margin and the bottom margin is so wide, it includes a portion of the adjacent note. Anytime a second note is visible, error collectors get excited! Although the serials and seals are overlapping the design elements from the second printing and appear to be shifted, they're actually positioned correctly relative to the edges of the note. This is a moderate example of a faulty alignment error offered cheaply for our collecting community.
