$10 1928-C FRN Fr. 2003-D LIGHT GREEN SEAL Cleveland SCARCE NOTE VF

The Cleveland district 1928-C $10 is a rare note in any grade and rarely available in high-grade. This example has textbook VF handling with a few small pink spots  in the upper left corner. This scarce note has of course traded hands a few times, but it remains a very pleasing example for a collector.
