An attractive dark green numeral seal from the fourth district of Cleveland, OH. Numeral seals are widely collected and sought-after in all denominations; however, the higher denominations are tough to acquire and aren't avaialble nearly as often as the $10s and $20s. Exactly four pinholes appear hidden within the design of this note which are not the least bit objectionable and are only barely visible when the note is backlit.
