50c Second Issue Fractional Fr. 1321 RARE FIBER PAPER with BRONZE Overprint PMG Ch Abt Unc 58

This is a very scarce and underrated fiber paper variety which should not be overlooked. The margins are even and the bronze is reflective. The ntoe appears entirely uncirculated an any evidence of a gentle bend must have only been visible prior to encapulation.  The inks on both sides are very bold and contrast nicely with the bright paper.
