This is a tough Whitman County bank that issued Type Ones only in small size before exiting the banking scene in January 1932. It's so scarce that Heritage has only offered three $10 1929 Nationals from The Colfax National Bank Colfax, WA identified by Charter #7095 and the most recent sale was in 2015 for a torn and tattered example that was missing signficant portions of the note. As such, it may very well be another decade before another becomes available. If owning a Colfax, WA note was on the list of dreams you thought you'd never achieive, here's your chance to cross it off.
