$5 1914 FRN Fr. 835b RED SEAL - Cleveland Attractive + Affordable Very Fine

A pleasing example of a sought-after and seldom-available attractive Red Seal from the fourth district of Cleveland, OH. This note has nice eye-appeal from both sides and shows no evidence of any exposure to moisure which results in the ugly bleedthrough so many of these red seals have.
