Mary Ellen Hinamon Withrow is an American activist and former politician who served as the 40th Treasurer of the United States from March 1, 1994 to January 20, 2001 under President Bill Clinton. She also was Treasurer when the $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 notes were redesigned in the 1990s.Lloyd Millard Bentsen Jr. (February 11, 1921 – May 23, 2006) was an American politician who was a four-term United States Senator (1971–1993) from Texas and the Democratic Party nominee for vice president in 1988 on the Michael Dukakis ticket. He also served as the 69th United States Secretary of the Treasury under President Bill Clinton.
