Catalina "Cathi" Vásquez Villalpando is the 39th Treasurer of the United States who served from December 11, 1989, to January 20, 1993 under President George H. W. Bush and is the only U.S. Treasurer ever to be sent to prison.
Nicholas Frederick Brady is an American banker and politician from New Jersey who briefly served in the United States Senate in 1982 and served as the 68th United States Secretary of the Treasury under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush from 1988 to 1993. He is a member of the Republican Party.
