$20 1902-ND Second National Bank of Elmira, New York Ch# 149 Hugh McCulloch Very Fine

An attractive example of a $20 1902-ND featuring Hugh McCulloch's portrait on the left. The inks remain bright on this Second National Bank of Elmira, New York identified by charter # 149. When the note is backlit and studied with great scrutiny, a few pinholes become barely visible; however, they're well-concealed within the paper and design. This isn't a town that comes around often; therefore, we're pleased to have this example today.
