$20 19xx MISSING 2nd FACE PRINT ERROR DRAMATIC + CHEAP Ch CU Dealer

The face printing is entirely missing on this old design twenty from an unknown series. Only the seals, serials, and district designators are printed on the face as the entire sheet failed to receive the second (or face) printing. This note remains entirely uncirculated, but is priced so cheaply because of the discoloration that appears on each side. Examples preserved with no handling, like this one, but without any stains are consistently bringing around $1k. Offering this at a third of its problem-free retail value allows a collector to secure an elusive (and often expensive) error variety at a fraction of the typical price. If you've been waiting to add a missing face print to your error collection because of the price, it's unlikely you'll find one cheaper.
