Perhaps adding to the excitement, we were unable to locate any public sales or offering of a $10 1950-A FRN Pack from any major auction house or online platforms, including eBay; therefore, according to our extensive research, this may very well be the only remaining intact pack.This $10 1950-A pack from New York includes an original band and protective acrylic holder featuring six hexagon screws (9/64 hexwrench included.) The pack was removed from the holder for inspection and imaging. At that time, it was discoverd the final note of the pack was replaced by a star--which is not the least bit uncommon for packs of this era, while the first 99 notes are sequential. As individual notes, these are selling for $75-$130....this pack is priced at $34.95 per note....and of course the star at the end carries an even bigger premium than the regular issues!If you're waiting for another opportunity; there's not likely to be one.
