$5 1953 Silver Cert MISALIGNED OVERPRINT ERROR Dramatic Shift of Serials + Seals PCGS Ch VF 35

An exceptional misaligned overprint error that is just downright rare on Silver Certificates. This note has been preserved with exceptional eye-appeal and looks much nicer than its assigned grade so any evidence of handling must have only been visible prior to encapsulation. As the blue serials, blue seal, series, and signatures are seemingly trying to escape from this note, it's readily identifiable that a mistake occurred within the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, but again, as a short-lived design there simply weren't many opportunities for errors to escape, and those that did, don't look like this!
