$1 1935-D Silver Cert, Fr. 1613N INSUFFICIENT INKING ERROR on BLUE SERIALS PMG Gem Unc 65EPQ

A stunning Gem ace with bright paper, even margins, and an almost perfect blue overprint! The blue seal and upper right serials are printed as intended with bold blue inks; however, the lower left serial has the prefix, then a giant void where the first three serial numbers should appear. As noted on the holder, this is an issufficient inking error; therefore, the reservoir was running dry and the plate didn't receive enough ink in its recesses to print the beginning digits of 037. If all blue seal errors are cool, Gem insufficient inking errors on an early silver certificate ace must be exceptional.
