$100 1862 Confederate T-40 Railway Train Locomotive Milkmaid PMG VF 30

The T-40 differs from the seemingly identical earlier design of the T-39 by way of the steam coming out of the locomotive. The T-39 offers straight steam, while the T-40 offers diffused steam. This note also has a milkmaid at the left with interest paid stamps from Montgomery and Augusta.
