$10 1880 Silver Certificate Fr. 287 BLACK BACK Robert Morris Comment-Free + Attractive PCGS Ch Fine 15

An attractive ten dollar Black Back featuring Robert Morris. Many come with objectionable problems or extensive restoration, and those that are comment-free are often exponentially more expensive as they're preserved in a much higher grade. Consistent with this design and other notes preserved in this state, there are some areas of internal weakness found along fold lines only when the note is backlit. Not surprisingly, the graders didn't deem this worthy of mention so it remains a comment-free Black Back! This would be an excellent selection for a collector seeking an attractive example of a highly-coveted design.
