RARE: $20 EXPLODING DYE PACK in ORIGINAL PACKAGING with Electronic Components

Bank robberies are as old as banking houses themselves. As the number of bank robberies increases, so does the effort by law enforcement.  One such deterrent is the exploding dye pack, a non-violent method that permanently impregnates the stolen loot a bright red color alerting others of the origin of the cash being passed. Each dye pack consists of genuine notes that have been adhered together with roughly 80% of the interior removed and remitted for redemption at face value. The electronic apparatus and dye pack are stashed within the cavity and a complete genuine note is laid on top and bottom before the bundle is banded.
