$1 2001 Faulty Alignment Error with 2 NOTES PRESENT Shift Serials + Seals Dramatic Ch CU

A dramatic faulty alignment of the second (face) printing is noticed which eliminated the left margin while the right margin is so giant it has a sizable portion of the adjacent note's design present. The serial numbers and district designators overlap the second print elements as the "cherry on top" of this exceptional error.
