Scarce North Africa STAR note that rarely present themselves. This note undoubtedly spent time trading hands, but has escaped entirely free of any problems. There are no rips, writing, tears, or pinholes found in this note when it underwent the thorough inspection process. Of the combined census total of roughly 5,000 Fr. 2309s in both the regular and replacement varieties, roughly only 500 of them are star notes. These are always popular, yet not often available.
