$1 1985 FRN Overprint on Back Error Serials + Seals Wrong Side Looks Gem! PMG Ch Abt Unc 58EPQ
The sheet was fed with the back design facing up instead of the face. As a result, the serials and seals ended up on the back while the face printing is entirely absent of such elements which makes this note look wrong from both sides.
