Mr. Kennedy was the 60th Secretary of the U.S. Treasury from January 22, 1969 - February 11, 1971 under President Richard Nixon. A year later, he served as the 8th U.S. Ambassador to NATO.
Mr. Kennedy is one of the less common male signers in recent times.
