Description:

an   IMPORTANT  FISCAL  RELIC--dating back 150 years

from a tragic time in the history of the

United States

the outcome of which shaped the nation forever

unfortunately, no matter which side “won”,

both sides lost;

the bloodiest war in US history,

with the loss of more American lives than any conflict prior or since

from  a  "fresh"  collection

the holdings remained intact until acquired recently by our firm;

 rather than focus on the  ultra-rare Montgomery issues—which most collectors will  never be able to afford--buying pieces with a pleasing appearance (often

with total disregard for the grade assigned by a third party service)

one can take tremendous pride

particular care can be taken to select notes with strong pen signatures

this note came from a modest collection, assembled with limited means/funds,

although with an eye towards affordable quality

CONFEDERATE  CURRENCY

can be collected

in many ways

by denomination: 50ct

                  $1

                  $2

                  $5

                  $10

                  $20

                  $50

                $100

                 $500

This complete set can be acquired for the last series year (1864) or other years intermixed.  The Confederacy did issue a $1,000 in 1861—it remains one of the ‘rarities’ and generally not collected when assembling a denomination set.
